What is the Ixom selection process?

Our selection process includes an online application, phone interview, face to face behavioural interviews and pre employment assessment and checks including reference checks, medical assessment, psychometric testing for some positions.

How long will it take me to submit an application?

On average it takes 10 to 20 minutes to set up a profile and apply for a position.

After I apply, how long will it take me to hear from Ixom?

The time it takes will vary. After you apply our Careers Team will review your application against the position and will be in contact once this has been completed. Generally, you will hear from our team in 1 to 5 days.

How long are positions open for?

Open time varies however generally positions are advertised for 1 to 2 weeks.

How do I find out what the status of my application is?

You can sign into your account at any stage and see the status of your application.

Can I speak to someone in recruitment?
