What is the IXOM selection process?

Our selection process includes an online application, phone interview, and face to face behavioural interviews. 

If you are successful following the interview stage, we will request that you undertake pre-employment checks, which may include all or some of the following: 

  • Reference check 
  • Criminal background check 
  • Entitlement to work check 
  • Credit check 
  • Pre-employment medical check 

Other roles also require more specific checks that you will be made aware of if applicable.

After I apply, how long will it take to hear from IXOM?

You will receive an email straight away from us acknowledging your application. After this, someone from our recruitment team will be in touch by either phone or email. We try to get back to you as soon as we can but for some roles, we receive a large number of applications – if this is the case please bear with us we are working hard to review all the applications as fast as possible! 

How do I find out what the status of my application is?

You can sign into your account at any stage and see the status of your application.
