We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our dedicated and energetic team to continue this vision.

 

About your role

 

In this role, you will own, manage, and maintain customer relationships, striving to understand their needs to drive growth and secure new business. You will have a big impact delivering responsive account management and exceptional customer service.

You will also foster industry brand awareness by establishing relationships in key accounts and industry bodies in key markets through maintaining senior level contact.

The role is part of the leadership team for the Pure Ingredients business, taking responsibility for the business performance, planning and execution of growth initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise Returns for Pure Ingredients: driving the achievement of profitability targets for our customer base and segment
  • Provide market intelligence to inform pricing, product plans and industry strategies
  • Ensure that company revenue and gross margin targets are achieved
  • Own, manage and maintain customer accounts
  • Support Customer Services, including customer queries, entering sales orders, technical support and working with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and delivery

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in B2B sales (experience in Health and Personal Care industries would be an advantage
  • Experience in using CRM systems
  • Negotiation and influencing skills and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Marketing and analysis experience would be advantageous
