Pure Ingredients, an IXOM brand, is a New Zealand based company who commenced business in 2006. The business is particularly weighted towards natural ingredients, with most of its sales being into the cosmetics/skin care and supplements sectors.
We have built our business upon a strong customer-service ethic, recognizing that our customers are typically manufacturers working to tight deadlines, and requiring high levels of flexibility and responsiveness from their suppliers.
Your Role
We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Sales support to join our team based at Pure Ingredients in Avondale, Auckland. We have a great team on site that will offer the support and training to help you get equipped to hit the ground running with all things Pure Ingredients!
To be successful in this role you will be eager to learn, driven, and have excellent organisation & communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer order process (end to end)
- Ensure the accurate delivery of the right product to the right customer
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Accurate recording and processing of all orders, assisting with inventory management
- Monitor orders and take a proactive approach to resolve any potential problems
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative and effective relationships with internal stakeholders
What are we looking for?
- Have customer service or sales experience either phone based or face-to-face
- Be a good team player
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
