About your role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a seasoned Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic supply chain team at IXOM, based in our Newmarket office, serving across the ANZ region. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of managing and optimizing the shipping allocation process for all inbound containers into New Zealand, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Effectively manage shipping of all inbound containerized product from overseas
  • Being the process owner for all shipping allocation related queries from internal stakeholders and liase with Freight forwarders
  • Manage SIFOT reporting and analysis to drive improvements
  • Recording, Updating, and Maintaining Supplier and Product Purchasing Specific Data in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensuring maintenance of all relevant Master Data
  • Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Timely and effective communication to relevant parties
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes

 

Your skills & experience

 

  • Understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process
  • Experience in order management, shipping allocation, customer service and logistics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
  • Tertiary qualified in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field would be advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrated understanding in SAP would be preferrable
  • Knowledge of transport, freight forwarding, or shipping would be highly regarded
