Your role


An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dynamic Supply Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team, based in the Newmarket office working across the ANZ region.

In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the end-to-end process for purchase orders from placement to final delivery including management of the financial transaction for those orders.


Your responsibilities


  • Effectively manage the end-to-end order process
  • Being the process owner for the purchase order fulfilment process, and acting as focal point for those orders
  • Ensure all orders are delivered on time, in full and to specification
  • Recording, Updating, and Maintaining Supplier and Product Purchasing Specific Data in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensuring maintenance of all relevant Master Data
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and subsequent payment of suppliers
  • Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Timely and effective communication to relevant parties around purchase order status
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes


Your skills & experience


  • Understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process
  • Experience in order management, customer service and logistics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Tertiary qualified in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field would be advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrated understanding in SAP
  • Knowledge of transport, freight forwarding, or shipping would be highly regarded
