About your role
Reporting to the Head of Business Process Data & Analytics within the Technology & Transformation (T&T) team, the Business Process Analyst will be instrumental in driving meaningful change across IXOM’s internal operations. This role is all about uncovering opportunities—identifying and validating process challenges, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and conducting current state assessments to pave the way for smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Process Optimisation: Analyse existing processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, and automation.
- Lead Continuous Improvement: Initiate and support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and support strategic goals.
- Engage Stakeholders: Facilitate workshops and act as a key liaison between business units, the Technology & Transformation team, and Organisational Change Management.
- Document and Communicate Clearly: Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support change adoption.
- Support Project Delivery: Align process work with project timelines and objectives, providing business analysis support and ensuring timely execution.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Business Process Management, Business Management or a related field.
- Relevant business process improvement related qualifications including Six Sigma or similar
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a suitable management role, with a focus on business improvement and optimisation.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in process documentation and analysis.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of business processes.
- Familiarity with process mapping.
- Familiarity with process mapping standards and tools/technologies (e.g. Signavio) an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience participating in projects and supporting deliverables, timelines, and teams.
- Understanding of automation and standardisation principles in business processes.
