Customer Service Representative

You’ll start off training for 2 weeks, where you’ll learn everything you need to know about our products and processes, then you’ll join our wider Customer Service team, where you’ll be on placing orders in a really supportive environment before moving into your individual patch.

 

Once you’re proficient in this area, you’ll be confident taking calls from our customers and understand the end-to-end process, so you’ll be able to start providing the best possible customer service at the same time.

Your role

 

Due to multiple internal promotions, we are currently searching for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team based in either our Melbourne Head Office or Sydney Villawood Office. Both locations have great teams on site and will offer the support and training to get you up to speed with all things Ixom!

At IXOM, our customers are the most integral part of what we do. The Customer Service teams are responsible for ensuring all our customers get end to end support. To be successful in this role you will be eager to learn, driven, and have excellent organisation & communication skills.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage the customer order process (end to end)
  • Ensure orders are raised in line with our processes
  • Ensure the accurate delivery of the right product to the right customer
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Monitor orders and take a proactive approach to resolve any potential problems
  • Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative, and effective relationships with internal stakeholders

 

Your skills & experience

 

  • Be a good team player with the ability to handle various situations
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
