About your role

In this role, you will provide executive level support and confidential coordination for the EVP of Manufacturing. You will perform a full range of executive assistant and administrative support functions, including prompt, courteous and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders ensuring the smooth and effective administration of the manufacturing business unit.   

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high level executive and administrative support including diary and email management.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication, manage logistics for meetings, workshops, events, and functions.
  • Assist with preparation of meeting agenda’s, including distribution of agenda and papers for key executive meetings.
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives, internal and external personnel.
  • Communicate and maintain meeting schedules.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and filing.
  • Travel arrangements, both national and international
  • Processing corporate expenses, creating purchase orders and processing invoices

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, ideally to a senior leader (we are open to all levels of EA experience)
  • Highly organised and professional discretion
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast paced environment
  • High level communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced competency in MS Suite
  • Any experience in other systems including Adobe, Concur, SAP, Velocity or FCM is highly regarded
  • Experience in a manufacturing business, or similar, is highly regarded
