About your role

 

It’s an exciting time to join the Food & Beverage, Life Sciences team in this newly created role which will truly provide the opportunity for professional and career development within the IXOM business, being part of our Junior Professional Program.

 

This role is responsible for delivering commercial support to the Product and Account Managers in the Food & Beverage ingredients team, supporting our growth in sales across Australia and New Zealand. You will provide support across numerous tasks including customer related enquiries, regulatory and document support and data management.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Building an understanding of our Food & Beverage customers and ingredient requirements across manufacturing types.
  • Support the PM's with vendor assessments, risk management and NPI code creation.
  • Update and maintain the hybris storefront to support our key supplier partners.
  • Maintain master data maintenance across all platforms including extraction of reports and frequency data management.
  • Update priority supplier documents in Hybris.
  • Liaise directly with customers to provide documentation as required.
  • Assist the Account and Product Management teams in various activities that will support the broader growth objectives of the business.
  • Support the Account Managers by liaising, directly with customers across Australia & NZ in a support role when required.
  • Supporting the Account Management team when they are working remotely with project & sales support, documentation, pricing etc when required.
  • Maintenance of a safe working environment; provision of personal leadership on safety issues both internally and externally.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with SAP and IXOM CRM – internal and support systems knowledge is highly advantageous
  • Ability to engage collaboratively with all stakeholders
  • Dynamic and responsive in your approach to working with customers
