Product Manager - Health and Nutrition

About your role

Join IXOM as a Product Manager - Health and Nutrition, where you’ll drive growth across our Ingredients portfolio. This role suits a commercially focused professional with strong supplier relationship skills and a strategic mindset. You’ll lead product and service delivery, manage key supplier partnerships, and collaborate across teams to unlock new opportunities and enhance market performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with key supply partners to ensure alignment with business goals. Provide regular, formalised updates to suppliers to maintain transparency and performance.
• Provide strategic insights on product positioning, applications, and technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Partner with Account Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to support customer adoption and ensure smooth market entry and product delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse market data, and refine strategies to drive market penetration and business success.

• Ensure all customer and product-related SH&E requirements are met in accordance with Ixom’s SH&E policies and timelines.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support, track, and measure the progress of all ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Design and execute market entry and growth strategies to expand Ixom’s footprint and achieve business targets.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in the Health and Nutrition industry with strong market and customer insight
• Tertiary qualifications in a technical or scientific field (preferred)
• Proven B2B sales and business development background
• Skilled in solution selling, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
• Effective communicator across internal and external teams
• Knowledge of TGA-regulated products is highly valued
