Your role

 

We are currently searching for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who is looking to work alongside a motivated and supportive team, within a collaborative work environment.

 

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Ixom, no two days are the same. With interesting and varied challenges, projects and priorities to meet, you will find yourself immersed in a hands on and fast paced position. In this role you will develop real business partnerships with a broad stakeholder group who are open and responsive to new ways of thinking.

 

You will operate within a fast-paced environment servicing a complex matrix structured organisation, with stakeholders in multiple countries including Australia, New Zealand, US and Asia. With a continuous improvement mindset and commercial acumen, you are committed to your customers, happy to go the extra mile and are seen as a true business partner and trusted advisor. 

 

About You

 

You will have experience within commercial environments, supporting both unionised and non-unionised workforces, along with a strong knowledge of AUS/NZ employment practices.  You bring a critical thinking mindset and the courage, and credibility, to proactively advise, guide, influence, and challenge your stakeholders in a constructive manner. 

 

This role will keep you challenged as you manage multiple concurrent tasks, with conflicting priorities, and requires the flexibility to work outside the scope of the role. Equally important will be your effective communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. We are seeking a tenacious and knowledgeable business partner with the innate ability to read and react to a wide range of situations. You will be comfortable to deal with ambiguous scenarios, resilient and detailed focused.
