About your role
As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you’ll be a key force behind shaping our strategic direction and driving high-impact decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of commercial thinking and analytical depth—transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that fuel growth and sharpen our competitive edge.
Reporting to Head of Strategy (who reports to CFO), you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Operations, and Commercial, identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and supporting executive-level initiatives that influence the future of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects—from hypothesis development to execution
- Analyse market trends, competitor movements, and internal performance metrics
- Support the annual Corporate Planning process with data-driven insights
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to corporate development activities including M&A, partnerships, and investments
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to forecast outcomes and guide decisions
- Collaborate across departments to shape and refine business strategies
- Track execution of strategic initiatives and measure success against key KPIs
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (MBA highly regarded)
- 5+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic modelling tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
