About your role
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.
Reporting to the Supply Logistics Lead and based in our Melbourne CBD Head Office, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end purchase order process, ensuring products are delivered on time, in full and to specification.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, procurement, or customer service who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order process from placement through to delivery
- Act as the key point of contact for purchase order fulfilment activities
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines
- Ensure orders are delivered on time, in full and to specification
- Maintain accurate supplier, product and purchasing data within SAP
- Manage and maintain relevant master data records
- Process supplier invoices and support timely payment activities
- Proactively communicate order status and resolve supply issues
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Who are we looking for?
You will bring:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, customer service, or order management
- Strong understanding of supply chain and purchasing processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system (desirable)
- Exposure to freight forwarding, transport, shipping, inventory planning, or import/export operations (highly regarded)
- Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline are advantageous but not essential
