Your role

 

This is a newly created position within our Business Optimisation and Change (BOC) team, where you will be reporting directly to the Organisational Change Lead. You will be responsible for developing the learning framework and standards to support the consistent and scalable delivery of learning across BOC projects and initiatives. This is a hands on role where you will also be at times working on projects designing, developing, and delivering training.

 

This is a critical role in our organisation during a key growth and transformational period for the IXOM business.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Develop training strategies, aligned to and complementary to other learning functions within IXOM
  • Develop comprehensive learning framework, standards, and resources aligned with OCM approach to support consistent execution of training delivery, ensuring SAP training needs and approach are considered
  • Work with IXOMs existing learning resources to ensure alignment with current tools and standards
  • Develop learning resources and tools as required, support processes, and procedures necessary for maintenance of the learning material during project deployment, ensuring they’re fit for purpose
  • Collaborate with project team members to produce any project collateral required
  • Facilitate face-to-face and online remote training sessions for end-users and train the trainer sessions
  • Monitor and track the development of training materials and ensure project plan is maintained with training activities and progress
  • Maintain all training records including course attendance, eLearning completion rates and training feedback assessments.
  • Support a smooth handover to BAU

 

Your skills & experience

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Training, Organisational Change, or a related field are advantageous.
  • Proven practical experience in delevoping training strategies and frameworks.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and standards, preferably in the context of organisational change, prior SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Experience in the deployment of an ERP system (preferrably SAP).
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and in virtual environments.
  • Working knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions for training design, development and delivery.
  • Proven experience in analysing internal training needs and devising a strategic approach to addressing those needs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently
  • Proven ability in the critical review and evaluation of training program effectiveness, providing both quantitative and qualitative reviews
  • Accurately identify competency gaps for individuals and teams, and provide effective and commercially considered solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to communicate ideas and technical concepts to general audiences and to secure support of senior leadership
