Your role

It is an exciting time to join our business as we continue along our journey of ongoing expansion, change, and transformation. We are currently searching for a motivated and dynamic Inventory Controller in a newly created position to join our Supply Chain function.

 

Reporting into our Supply Chain Manager, you will support the broader Supply Chain team in maintaining inventory accuracy at our warehouse across our ABP manufacturing site at Hallam.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Conducting all stock adjustment in Priority ERP in a timely and accurate manner
  • Successful stocktakes, cycle counts and audits.
  • Experience in Stock root cause analysis
  • Inventory Record Control understanding
  • Participating and maintaining in the implementation of raw materials and finished goods cycle counts, reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient, accurate and effective inventory practises.
  • Creation of import and Export documentation along with internal certification requirements
  • Ensure alignment to ABP Inventory management practices.
  • Ensuring that all stocktakes, Audits and Disposal practices are conducted within statutory and company EHS requirements.
  • Identification and implementation of inventory processes improvement initiatives

 

Your skills & experience

 

  • Understanding of the end-to-end inventory process
  • Demonstrated understanding in Priority ERP system.
  • Demonstrated experience with Dangerous Goods and regulations.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Packages
  • Understanding of warehousing and distribution, Import Export documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
