About your role
This is a high-impact role at the heart of our make-to-order manufacturing operation, where you’ll take ownership of production planning from order through to delivery. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly — building achievable schedules, managing risk, and ensuring DIFOT targets are consistently met.
You’ll join a close-knit, on-site team of 4, with flexibility around start and finish times to support work-life balance, whilst being required on site 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production schedules to maximise capacity and meet customer delivery timelines
- Issue and maintain short-term production plans (weekly locked plan + forward schedule)
- Monitor DIFOT performance and drive actions to address any service gaps
- Identify and resolve raw material constraints in collaboration with Purchasing and Operations
- Partner with Production, Quality and Planning teams to ensure alignment to the schedule
- Maintain accurate planning data and system parameters within ERP (SAP)
- Monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support ERP optimisation and contribute to process improvements across planning and operations
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in production planning/scheduling within manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of capacity planning, MRP/ERP systems (SAP highly regarded)
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
- Confident working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and deadlines
- Solutions-focused, with the ability to resolve operational issues and make decisions under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement across the supply chain
- Experience in a regulated (TGA) environment is highly regarded, but not essential
