- Develop and issue a locked 1‑week production plan, supported by a finite schedule for weeks 2 and 3.
- Identify raw material constraints that may impact scheduled orders or customer due dates.
- Ensure all orders are confirmed within required timeframes and escalate unconfirmed orders as needed.
- Work cross‑functionally to resolve raw material issues prior to releasing the weekly schedule.
- Review and update scheduling information monthly (e.g., routers) in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Maintain accurate planning parameters within the ERP system.
- Meet regularly with Purchasing to highlight issues, understand delivery risks, and manage required expedites.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Lead process mapping activities when requested, analysing current processes and recommending improvements to systems or workflows.
- Collaborate with Planning, Production, QC, and Purchasing to define and document system and process requirements related to ERP and production scheduling.
- Maintain key supply chain KPIs and drive corrective actions with stakeholders across the business.
