Retail Sales Assistant

Australian Botanical Products (ABP), an IXOM brand, is a leading supplier of Essential Oils in Australia and New Zealand, with a growing presence in Asia. ABP has supplied essential oils, plant extracts and fragrances for use in a range of industries including cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and flavour & fragrance. ABP is a TGA manufacturing facility offering contract manufacture and producing proprietary listed medicines for the domestic and export markets.

Expanding on Ixom’s established Keith Harris fragrance & flavour manufacturing and Bronson & Jacobs distribution businesses, ABP strengthens and grow Ixom’s specialised product portfolio, as well as local fragrance manufacturing capabilities, to open expanded customer markets.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Retail Sales Assistant to join us at our Australian Botanical Products - Lynbrook store.

The role is for about 15 hours per week as a Christmas Casual with potential to work for additional hours as and when required. Availability to work on Tuesdays, Fridays and every other Monday is essential to be successful for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional customer service
• General admin duties, assist with stock replenishment
• Process sales transactions via POS system
• Attending to phone enquiries, processing sales order for delivery.
• General cleaning and upkeep of stores

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within Retail sector in natural Products will be highly regarded
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organization and time management skills
• Attention to detail and Team Player
• Be approachable, enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable
• Basic Computer skills
