About your role

We are searching for a Site Administrator for our Morrinsville site, who is looking to work alongside a strong leader as a mentor, within a supportive and collaborative work environment.

As a Site Administrator at Ixom, no two days are the same. With interesting and varied challenges, projects and priorities to meet, you will find yourself immersed in a hands on and fast paced position. You will act as the main interface between our manufacturing site, suppliers and customers and this role will be responsible for managing service suppliers, production orders, dispatch and the Morrinsville site office.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete order placement, goods receipting and production requirements through SAP
  • Managing and raising purchase orders for the Morrinsville site
  • Carry out site reception duties by ensuring visitor and contractors site registrations are complete
  • Providing administration support for the site
  • Liaise with BLT and production operators in regard to product requirements, and ensure production/process orders are created and processed in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer requests for delivery dockets, invoice copies and material safety data sheets
  • Ensuring Dangerous Goods documentation compliance for dispatch of product
  • Organising off-site training for site personnel, both BLT and Operations.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar role such as Office Manager
  • Exposure to a manufacturing environment within chemicals, dairy, food or pharmaceutical will be highly regarded
  • Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite is essential, SAP ERP knowledge is highly regarded
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels
