About your role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join IXOM, located in the beautiful Bay of Plenty at our Mount Maunganui Major Hazard Facility. Reporting into our Head of Maintenance ANZ, you will find yourself immersed into a fast-paced, dynamic role no two days are the same.
This is a part time opportunity offering 24 hours per week with great amount of flexibility
You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and projects procurement and contractor management systems activities across the NZ operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for the maintenance and projects teams
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and goods receipts in SAP
- Maintain procurement data in Contract Management System (CMS)
- Monitor compliance with procurement policies and assist with reporting
- Provide system support and training for SAP, MEX, and other tools
- Collaborate with Finance on invoice and budget tracking
- Track and report project capitalisation activities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve issues
- Support SHEQ responsibilities related to site permits, audits, and compliance activities
Who are we looking for?
- Working knowledge of SAP (including procurement and reporting modules) will be advantageous
- Experience with CMS, MEX, Rapid Global is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Procurement, maintenance processes
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
