About the Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll support the production of chemical products through batching, mixing, dilution, and packaging processes. You’ll be part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We are currently looking for a Production Operator to join our Mount Maunganui team on a 8 months fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Forklift operation
• Preparing and handling raw materials
• Labelling products (IBCs, drums, and pails)
• Washing and testing packaging
• Operating automated and manual mixing equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following strict safety procedures and processes
• Stepping into a 2IC role when required (supporting a small team)

About You

• Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, or food production
• Forklift experience (licence preferred)
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Solid understanding of health & safety practices
