About your role

 

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our Life Sciences ABP and Personal Care team at IXOM.  In this newly created role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across Queensland by delivering exceptional product and service solution to an established portfolio.

 

Reporting to the Sales Manager ABP, you’ll be part of a team that prides itself on strong customer relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide responsive Account Management and outstanding customer care
  • Identify and act on new growth opportunities to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to develop new customers, introduce new products, and expand market share.
  • Create and execute customer action plans to improve satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
  • Capture market intelligence and competitor information

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally within the complementary health space.
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end processes from planning through to execution and review.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering customised solution-based sales strategies.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and contribute insights to product and technical teams.
  • A technical degree is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
