About your role
Oversee daily activities of all site operators to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing and warehouse operations, enabling timely processing and dispatch of outbound orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard procedures, and SH&E (Safety, Health & Environment) initiatives.
- Record stock movements in SAP based on warehouse operator input.
- Maintain accurate stock records in SAP Warehouse Management, including regular stock counts.
- Prepare and process manufacturing blend sheetd in SAP.
- Identify and appropriately respond to hazardous or emergency situations following site protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct job cycle checks to ensure operational consistency and safety.
- Perform Chain of Responsibility (CoR) audits and participate in SH&E audits and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support manufacturing operations as needed.
- Manage daily dues list and prepare Transfer Orders (TOs) for warehouse picking.
- Post Goods Issue (PGI) for stock leaving the site.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Report quality issues to the Site Manager and document them in Velocity.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse operators to prioritize inbound stock deliveries.
- Collaborate with Inventory team to support cycle counting activities.
Who are we looking for?
- Completion of High School or equivalent education.
- Over 10 years of experience in warehouse and chemical operations.
- Stromg knowledge of SAP and Microsoft suite.
- Strong focus on Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) practices.
- Valid Forklift Driver’s Licence.
- Medically fit to wear respiratory protective equipment for chemical manufacturing tasks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of operational impacts.
- High adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Effective collaborator with the ability to influence and work well in teams.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional and neat personal presentation.
