The Role

 

We are currently looking for a motivated and flexible Administration Officer to join our team based in Pinkenba, Brisbane. This role will report into our National Admin Manager and work broadly across the transactional space including payable, receivables.

 

This is a fast-paced site-based role and the successful candidate will be required to work at site Monday-Friday.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Providing general administration support for the site
  • Entering customer pricing into SAP as received from Commercial team
  • Creation of key SAP transactions related to distribution and supply chain
  • Sales Order entry and support any follow up
  • Customer liaison for invoice, delivery, accounts or discrepancy queries
  • Creation and management of Purchase Order in SAP
  • Reconciliation of freight invoices, rates and accruals (matching) to validate and allow carrier invoices for payment
  • Providing business administration support for Townsville and Kwinana sites

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Exposure to a manufacturing environment within the industrial sector will be highly regarded
  • Previous receptionist and Office Administration experience will be an advantage
  • SAP ERP knowledge is desirable along with experience using the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Numerical skills and demonstrated experience of ability to reconcile accounts
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and supporting remote teams
