We have two full-time permanent opportunities available for motivated Administration Officers to join our Bitumen operations team in Revesby.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a busy, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations across multiple sites. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working as part of a close-knit team, this could be the role for you.
As an Administration Officer, you’ll provide essential day-to-day support to our operations team and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, invoicing, and data entry
- Process transactions using SAP (full training provided)
- Support purchase orders, goods receipting, and freight coordination
- Respond to enquiries from customers, drivers, and site teams
- Assist in maintaining smooth operations during peak and month-end periods
Who are we looking for?
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Previous administration or high-volume data entry experience is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Basic to intermediate Excel and computer skills
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience with SAP
- Exposure to logistics, transport, construction, or industrial industries
- Experience in invoicing, procurement, or reconciliations
