Plant Operator

The Role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, we are currently searching for a Plant Operator to join our Bitumen manufacturing operations team based at our Revesby site in NSW. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking go-getter professional with a positive attitude to contribute to the safe and efficient day to day operations of the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and store Bitumen products and materials
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace to effectively manage hazards
• Working strictly to approved processes and procedures
• Assist with safety investigations, raise incidents, and ensure corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Maintain and improve housekeeping standards
• Report and investigate plant performance and operational problems

• Forklift operation

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a manufacturing, continuous or batch chemical process plant is highly regarded but not essential
• Attention to detail, safety focussed mindset
• Knowledge of SHEQ standards and statutory regulations within manufacturing is an advantage
• Forklift license is beneficial but not essential

• Basic computer skills
