About your role

We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at our Kings Park site in Sydney. In this role, you’ll lead quality across our Sydney manufacturing and warehouse operations, including working with trusted third‑party partners. Your focus will be on making sure our products are made and handled to the highest standards, while meeting all relevant regulatory and customer requirements.

Leading a small team across two sites, you’ll manage audits and quality issues, set clear priorities, and drive continuous improvement through meaningful quality metrics. This is a hands‑on, site-based leadership role with real influence and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how we do things.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality across Sydney manufacturing, warehouse and third‑party operations, ensuring products consistently meet quality, safety and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain and continuously improve quality systems, supporting required certifications, audits and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop the Quality team across two sites, building capability, performance and a strong quality culture.
• Own audit readiness and delivery, including internal, external and customer audits, and effective follow‑up of actions.
• Oversee quality incidents and customer complaints, ensuring timely investigation, clear communication and practical corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement through quality metrics, trend analysis and risk‑based decision making.
• Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Regulatory teams to enable smooth production and minimise disruption.
• Provide quality input into new products, suppliers and business changes, ensuring strong product stewardship and compliance.

Who are we looking for?

• Tertiary qualified in Science or related field
• Proven significant experience in a quality role in the food industry will be highly regarded. Pharma, personal care or chemical industries will also be considered
• A demonstrated technical understanding of chemicals legislation including management of chemicals used in food, pharma and personal care industries
• Team leadership experience
• Experience in the maintenance of quality systems to quality standards
• Experience in auditing internal business partners and external suppliers/vendors
• Proven customer relationship skills and the ability to partner with all levels of the business internally
